However, please note the following:

Made-to-order products: These are products that begin production after we receive your order. Therefore, shipping may take longer than usual. The specific shipping date is listed on the product page.

Products shipped overseas: We also handle products shipped directly from overseas. As these are shipped overseas, shipping takes longer than normal domestic shipping. Please note that there may be delays due to customs procedures and transportation conditions.

Shipping notification: Once your product has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification by email. Detailed information such as the tracking number will be displayed.

Regarding cancellations: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed.

In particular, for made-to-order products, cancellations are not possible once the order has been confirmed.

Digital content products: As these are delivered via instant download, cancellations are not possible. Please be aware of this in advance.


Regarding returns: As a general rule, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective. We also refuse returns even if the color or image of the product is different from what you expected. Please make sure you understand the characteristics of the product before purchasing.
